Ancaster Little Gems Children’s Center Inc. Menus

Ancaster Little Gems Childcare Center Inc provides child-friendly, healthy and nutritious hot meals and snacks, prepared on site daily by our Red Seal Chef. Our menus have been carefully developed and are incompliance with the Ministry of Education, the Canadian Food Guide and the ODPH (Ontario Dietitians in Public Health), as well meet the requirements in the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014.

  • Mr. Gerhard
Ancaster Little Gems Childcare Center Inc is proud to have our own Red Line Chef, Mr. Gerhard.
“My name is Gerhard, or Mr. G as the children call me. I have been with Little Gems since June 2015. I am a certified Red Seal Chef (1988) after attending and apprenticing at the Stratford Chef School and Conestoga College. My pervious employment was as an instructor at Conestoga College for the Culinary Arts Program for six years.”
